RETURN POLICY
Due to the fragile nature of bridal accessories, we cannot accept return, exchanges or order cancellations- all sales are final. We do not accept returns for any reason other than damaged or defective merchandise, and do not issue refunds to credit cards for any reason. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it will be replaced for the exact same item.
The only items accepted for exchange are shoes. There is a 25% restocking fee on all shoe exchanges.
Please be sure that all names and dates are correct when having items personalized and/or embroidered. We are not responsible for errors made in submission of this information. If we feel there is a discrepancy in the information submitted, we will attempt to contact you for clarification. If we are unable to contact you, we will fill the order with the information that you provide. Personalized items may not be returned based on customer errors.
Shoe exchanges must be authorized and customer will be provided with a return authorization number. You must call us to receive a return authorization number within 2 days of receipt of your shipment, and you must ship the authorized exchange so that we receive it within 7 days from the date of your authorization. All packages not meeting these requirements will not be considered for any type of exchange, no matter what the original reason. Any package returned without prior authorization will be refused. If you wish to receive a return authorization number for shoe orders, or have a question regarding a return or exchange, please email our Sales Department at info@bridalcoutureshop.com.
Shoes on sale/clearance cannot be returned.
Due to the fact that most wedding merchandise is used only once, these policies are strictly enforced. These policies are designed to ensure the quality of our products, and ensure that you receive new, unopened merchandize, and and not something that another customer has handled, used and returned. Please make sure that you read and agree with these terms before placing an order. Please do not place an order if you do not agree to these terms.
The majority of orders are processed immediately after the order is placed. Due to this fact, we do not accept order cancellations.
Shipping is never refundable.
Personalization may not be changed once order is submitted- please review your order thoroughly before submitting it.
All veils, tiaras, combs, and other hair jewelry/accessories are special orders made especially for the customer upon ordering. No refunds or exchanges on these items. Once they are ordered and put into production, we usually cannot make changes to your order, so please make sure that you submit it correctly.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We are not responsible for special shipping requests (ie. Leave at front door, etc.) You must be available on the date that the package is delivered to sign for it, or to accept the package.
If you require rush shipping for any items you will be required to pay additional shipping. Special orders may not be available for rush delivery.
If you refuse your package, fail to pick it up from the Postal Service or UPS, or your package is undeliverable, you are responsible for the shipping to re-send it to you and agree that this amount will be charged to your credit card. If you provide us with the incorrect address, you agree that you will be charged the $5.00 fee that UPS charges us to do address corrections. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs. You agree not to try to intercept a shipment and have the shipping address diverted for any reason, or you will be responsible for the redirection fee plus a surcharge of an additional $10.00.
If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of the shipment. Please save the box and we will file a claim with the carrier. Please note that a claim can only be filed if you have the original packaging. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item, if available in time for your event. We do not issue refunds for damaged shipments unless we cannot replace the item.
